Returns:
• Eligible within 7–14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges:
• We offer free exchanges for damaged or defective items.
• To exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item

Step 2: Send us a picture of the received product and your order number.

Our office hours are 9 am - 5 pm on weekdays. All inquiries will be attended to within 2 working days.
Step 3: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed within 7 – 14 business days to your original payment method.
OPTION 2:
Exchange or refund via our store
You can refund or exchange your purchase via our physical store.
Step 1: Take your item to our store with a copy of your receipt or your confirmation email.
Step 2: A store representative will check the item
Step 3: If the item is in its original condition you can exchange it instantly. If you wish to refund it the refund will be received with the same payment method within 7-14 days.
